Brand Strategy
Quaintise created a consistent brand identity made to support the COPE Health Solutions brand and their separate entities in the marketplace. Following a brand audit, we created a style guide that aligned the communications materials and messaging to convey a distinctive brand image true to their character and goals. Using the style guide, we then created a Core Identity package consisting of a logo and its usage, company tagline, messaging tone and verbiage, and color palate.

Quaintise then conducted a competitive analysis that served as a starting point for developing an effective, competitive marketing plan by understanding how their target audience use and rate the competition, and identifying the competitor’s strengths and weaknesses.

Website Development
A website is the most visible, public-facing aspect of the organization, and therefore critical to the execution of our new brand strategy. Quaintise updated the brand’s existing website with a fresh design and content, making it responsive for optimal user- experience and enhanced searchability. We also created a mobile-friendly version and established a better keyword foundation for the website to increase SEO in the build and makeup of page content.

Campaign Development
The success of the brand refresh relied on a strong rollout campaign to generate excitement and build momentum. Everything identified in the brand audit was updated to reflect the new brand, and these changes were then promoted internally and externally to existing customers and amongst target audience outreach.

Part of the outreach included targeted digital and print advertising campaigns that featured the new branding and messaging cross-platform.

Social Media
Quaintise leveraged the power of social media to grow COPE Health Solutions’ audience and connect with their customers on a higher level. Facebook and LinkedIn became a powerful tool when it came to growing their brand awareness through organic and paid promotions. We were able to promote our content on these platforms which resulted in an increase in traffic and increase in SEO. By making the brand approachable on these platforms, we were able to offer them customer service, monitor conversations, and build deeper relationships with those who could advocate on behalf of the brand.

Content Marketing
