Our Team

Our team is the fundamental building block of Quaintise. The team brings experience, diversity, creativity and passion to our engagements. The team consists of three groups of service professionals: (1) management (see our Managing Director below); (2) an experienced and diverse Board of Advisors; and (3) in-house consultants and strategic third-party alliances.

The hallmark of the Quaintise approach is our ability to call upon our team’s diversity to find the ideal project-consultant fit. We maintain flexibility and unique perspective through our Board of Advisors and our strategic third-party alliances. We maintain consistency and adherence to our rigorous standards through our Managing Director who oversees all project and client relations.

A Note About Our Team

We demand very high standards, continuing education, and daily industry updates for all team members. Why? Because we believe that while an individual can make a difference,  a specific individual should not dictate the success of our engagements.

We understand that the continued convergence of strategy, finance, and technology require clients to build a marketing approach that reflects and changes in a dynamic, global environment. Quaintise uses its Board of Advisors to bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and skills that range from high-level business development to outsourcing and negotiation consulting to help you create a sustainable, responsive, forward-looking marketing vision.

A Word About Our Managing Director

Since the inception of Quaintise in 2002, Raquel Baldelomar has been the central figure in shaping the company’s services and managing client relations.  She was instrumental in pioneering contextually specific content as a marketing and advertising tool for the Web, which helped businesses increase sales, educate their consumers, and promote their organizations.

Prior to taking her role with Quaintise, Ms. Baldelomar was a financial analyst with J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where she specialized in financial asset management of high net worth individuals and families.  After her tenure with J.P. Morgan, Ms. Baldelomar consulted with large hospitality clients where her application of contextual marketing improved on-line reservations and reduced labor costs.

Currently, Ms. Baldelomar serves as the spokesperson for Luxury Travel & Living (www.LuxuryTravelMagazine.com), one of the world’s largest luxury travel web sites, where she represents the company to the media, luxury hotels, and the tourism community.

Ms. Baldelomar graduated from the Business Honors Program at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, Austin with an emphasis in Finance.  Supplementing her formal business education, Ms. Baldelomar undertook post-graduate programs in the visual and theatrical arts, and video production services.  Her most significant area of post-graduate study focused on classical rhetorical theory where she concentrated on the art of effective communication and persuasion.
