Raquel Baldelomar - Founder & Managing Director


As Founder and Managing Director of Quaintise, Raquel Baldelomar is the talent behind noteworthy strategies for executing marketing campaigns that get results. Specializing in medical marketing, Raquel has worked with some of the largest names in Arizona healthcare and specializes in strategic, creative, and cost-effective solutions to help her clients increase revenue, brand name recognition, and market share.  By working with companies such as Arizona OBGYN Affiliates, Southwest Kidney Institute, and Arizona Heart Institute, Raquel has gained a unique perspective for building the brand equity for some of Arizona’s largest private medical practices.

 

Raquel has also spoken at various medical conferences and academies on healthcare marketing.  With her extensive experience in medical marketing, she is capable of depicting the market, trends, and demographic profiles to large audiences and help them understand how to maximize their exposure.


Prior to founding Quaintise, Raquel was a financial analyst with J.P. Morgan Private Bank in New York, NY, where she specialized in financial asset management for high net worth individuals and families. A Business Honors graduate from the University of Texas at Austin, Raquel holds a degree in Finance with a minor in Classical Rhetoric. She was recently recognized by The Arizona Republic as a TOP 35 UNDER 35 ENTREPRENEUR.

 

Gregg Cebulski - Creative Director


A strategic, creative, “what if” person might be the best way to describe Gregg Cebulski.


Gregg began his career as a Copywriter, then Creative Director, then Strategy Director with some of the leading agencies in the Midwest and West, including Foote Cone and Belding, Cramer Krasselt, Benenson Jasnson, Bayer Bess Vanderwarker and Phillips Ramsey, helping to build brands like Hallmark, Folgers, Suave, Captain Crunch, Ameritech, First Chicago, Honeywell, Tide, Doubletree and Gatorade.


His client partners in Healthcare have included John C. Lincoln Hospitals and Health Services Alliance and Camelback Hospital in Arizona, Kings Daughters Medical Center in Kentucky, Shriners Hospital in Ohio, The Spirit of Women Hospital Alliance, nationwide, Medica Physicians Network in Ohio, Kendal Inc., Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Arizona.


As Creative Director for Quaintise, Gregg is involved in developing the campaign strategy from the beginning through a disciplined Brand Audit to developing creative concepts for campaigns and ensuring that those campaigns are fully executed. Gregg’s belief for how to set a campaign apart is to arrest your audience with messages that are provocative, unexpected, and leaves the customer wanting to be a member of the brand. He has developed integrated campaigns for Quaintise clients using multiple media platforms while maintaining a consistent brand message.


Juliana Swenson - Art Director


As the Art Director for Quaintise, Juliana is responsible for working alongside fellow team members in the creation, development and production of client campaigns. She directs our graphic design team, and oversees all work performed to ensure that campaign elements are consistent with each client’s brand standards and marketing goals.


Juliana has more than twelve years of combined experience working in advertising and magazine publishing. She is a disciplined and conscientious Art Director. When interacting with Quantise creative team members, Juliana is collaborative, hardworking, and fun. Her designs not only inspire, but they also reflect the visual voice of the given outlet. She has equal passions for her industry and learning, which means she is always seeking out trends, research and methods to grow her already impressive skills to the benefit of her work.


Amanda Rumore - Media Planner & Director of Public Relations


As Media Planner for Quaintise, Amanda works with clients to develop the right mix of media placement for creative campaign executed by our creative staff so that each client's product and brand is advertised to the correct audience. As Director of Public Relations, Amanda develops and implements each client’s strategic public relations program, including media relations, community relations, guerilla marketing opportunities, and third-party strategic alliances.


Amanda leverages her eight years spent in creative writing and public relations to build brands for clients through persuasive press releases, compelling pitches, and persistent follow-up with media. After studying Journalism at Southern Illinois University and Arizona State University, she began her professional experience working in the magazine industry. She then moved on to public relations and marketing and she has since spent time with notable companies such as The Grammy’s, Jan Marini Skin Research and the Innovative Cosmetic Surgery Center.


Amanda’s editorial background allows her to shape stories that media and consumers notice, and she has secured placements in outlets such as The Oprah Magazine, New York Post, Women’s Health, Fox, E!, to name a few. Amanda loves all aspects of media relations and she is a contributor at AZ Foothills Magazine and the Examiner.


Jill Bernstein - Content Marketing Director


As Content Marketing Director for Quaintise, Jill helps Quaintise clients market beyond traditional media incorporating content marketing strategies for email newsletter, social media, and blog platforms. Jill researches and writes our client’s email newsletters focusing on branded content is contextually relevant and speaks to each client’s targeted demographic group. Jill also ensures that each content marketing campaign make the right emotional connection with customers to help them become brand ambassadors for our client’s brand.


Kandice Linwright - Social Media & SEO Director


As Social Media and SEO Director for Quaintise, Kandice oversees the social media strategy for all Quaintise clients. Kandice manages all social media broadcasting, monitors our client’s Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube pages, and writes regular blogs posts to help maintain top organic search engine results for client web sites.


During her years at Arizona State University, Kandice spent hours in the classroom and on the web studying the basics of SEO and HTML. Today, she shares with Quaintise clients her years of education, tenacious study, and experience in the search engine industry for executing successful SEO campaigns for clients at the local, state, and national levels.


A background in writing has enabled Kandice to hone her SEO attention on content development and distribution, as well as social media marketing. She has also added location-based marketing and in-depth analytics to her arsenal of services she can offer clients. She’s administered campaigns that have increased web traffic by up to 209% while at the same time increasing organic keyword rankings by 500% over a matter of months.


Sarah Swygert - Account Executive


As Account Executive for Quaintise, Sarah manages the relationships and communication between the Quaintise agency staff and client to ensure that each client's needs and goals are being met on every project. Sarah also manages the execution of client campaigns to make sure they are created within the allocated schedule and budget. She is involved during the Brand Audit phase of client projects conducting research on demographics for client’s targeted consumers. After completing an accelerated bachelors program at Northern Arizona University, Sarah quickly gained agency experience that allows her to bring cutting edge techniques to all her marketing efforts.


Anne Newman - Senior Copywriter


Anne has 15 years of experience in marketing and communications with specific focus on copywriting and editing for a variety of media. A key strength in her writing is the ability to identify winning strategies and craft consistent, persuasive messages. Anne has contributed to Quaintise’s successful marketing campaigns since 2009, providing copywriting and design services for newsletters, press releases, advertisements, web content, direct mail pieces, and related marketing collateral.
