Raquel Baldelomar founded Quaintise in 2003. Today, Quaintise is the Agency of Record for some of the top healthcare firms in the US. Raquel oversees the management of the agency’s largest accounts, business development efforts, and growth strategy.
With a Finance degree from the MBA-modeled Business Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin, Raquel successfully grew multi-million dollar Private Equity portfolios as a Financial Analyst for JP Morgan Private Bank. She developed the advertising program for Luxury Travel Magazine and negotiated over 200 advertising contracts worldwide. She is a sought-after speaker on marketing and social media strategies, is fluent in Spanish, and is a Board Member of Crystal Stairs, one of the largest nonprofit child care and child development corporations in California.
Raquel was born in Bolivia and raised in South America for 10 years. She is a Forbes contributor and reports on work-life balance, leadership and executive health issues. She is also a contributing writer for Advertising Age, Modern Healthcare, and Physician. She is co-author of the book, Sugar Crush: How to Reduce Inflammation, Reverse Nerve Damage and Reclaim Good Health (Harper Wave, 2015) and is a speaker on marketing, digital health and consumer-driven healthcare topics.
